"Hello my name is Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and sex therapist here in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about vitamins to increase fertility. Basically the vitamins to increase fertility are all the vitamins that are good for us anyway, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and different minerals and amino acids, Selenium, Magnesium, Zinc, all these things are good for us in general and what keeps us really healthy will help our bodies do what they are supposed to do which is be fertile. So make sure that you take plenty of vitamins and eat the foods that contain those vitamins, leafy green vegetables, any fruits that are very rich in color. The brighter the color, the deeper the color, the healthier the food. That's just a good way to remember what's healthy for you. The darkest green vegetables, the brightest orange fruits are the ones that are the most healthy and will help you be most fertile. Once again this is Dr. Carol Clark in Miami, Florida."
