"Hello my name is Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and sex therapist here in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about what is the best breast enhancement pill and when you're looking for a breast enhancement pill all of them are hormones and they are something that you take orally. Anything that goes on topically is not going to be very effective so orally you take a pill and it will contain some form of estrogen. There are side effects with estrogen when not taken with progesterone and most breast enhancement pills are estrogen only. Some estrogen pills are going to be synthetic and they're going to have more side effects. They're going to be harder on the liver and the kidneys. Others are going to be natural and you won't get as much breast enhancement as with the synthetic ones but there won't be as many side effects so any kind of organic natural estrogen that comes from plants is going to be better for you.
