"Hi my name is Peter Repak. I'm the owner of Clear Financial LLC, a debt negotiation company. How to consolidate all debts. Well, simple answer is don't. If you must, and you try to find the lowest interest rate credit card, and you put it into that one, but for sure don't go to a consumer credit counseling agency because they are actually built and made by the banks and they will make it much, much worse than what you're actually sitting in right now. So what you need to do: pay off the debt as fast as you can. What you can do is you can use the snowball method. The snowball method is that you pay off the lowest amount of debt first and then you pay off the next one, and the next one. Each time, whatever frees up from your first payment, whatever's your minimum payment was on that card, you attach it to the next one, you will be able to pay more, and you do it again, go to the next one and you attack each card one at a time. As far as consolidating your debt, if you have your mom and dad to be able to give you a no interest loan and you pay off all of your credit cards, by all means, do that. Pay back your folks. Other than that, consolidating will actually hurt you and it will actually make it worse for you as far as your credit rating because if you go to a consolidating agency, that automatically will tell to your creditors that you are unable to handle your debt. My name is Peter Repak. I'm the owner of Clear Financial LLC, debt negotiation company. Thank you for watching."
