"Today's topic is how to develop business goals. What are your core values? What is your purpose and what is your vision? Goals are the touchdown. Tasks are the plays that get you into the end zone. Develop goals that support your values, your purpose, your visions and to determine step by step the tasks or the plays that are going to get you to those goals. Review them monthly, quarterly, annually. Make sure that you get what your expecting. There's a saying that goes " you get what you inspect" and you'll find that when you develop goals they require constant follow up to make sure that your coaching all the way through the game."
