Today's topic is how to prepare a business statement. Also known as a Mission statement. All entities are held by public or private interests. And those interests hold, hold a set of fundamental values. And the purpose of that entity. When they're combined together. You can use those ingredients to form your Mission Statement, in an Expression. A Mission Statement expresses what an entity is in the business of. and the underlying values. So developing a Mission Statement involves exploring and revisiting your entities values, the goals and purposes. And then expressing that in a concise statement. For example, if your company manufactures ThingMagics. And quality is the most virtue value that your interest hold. And your goal is to be the top manufacturer of those ThingMagics, in the world. Then a very concise, meaningful Mission Statement for your company. Would be developing the best widgets for the world.
