O.k., this instruction is to connect a Phillips DVR satellite receiver to your television set. I don't have an actual Phillips. But on the back of this unit, this would be almost identical to a Phillips. The Phillips is probably made by Direct TV or vice versa. So the connections would be very similar. And at the back here, we have two satellite inputs. And the reason we have two satellite inputs, is because there is a, this is a dual tuner DVR receiver. There's two tuners inside allowing you to record on one tuner while you're watching another program. So you can, and you can also record two programs. While you're watching something that's been recorded previously. So you can actually have three different tuners working at the same time. The connections are the same as a Standard receiver. Plus you also have the composite video outputs. And the component video outputs. For very high quality video reproduction. O.k., the connections are similar to a Phillips DVR satellite receiver. They have the composite video outputs here for connecting to your television. If your television has the progressive scanned component video inputs. We have those connections, as well. They're very high quality picture. Also the remote control is the same as it would be in a Standard satellite receiver. Except for some of the DVr functions.
