Hi, this is Justin with Justin Power Management and I'm going to be talking with you today about downloading free address labels. This is going to save a ton of time and heartache trying to create your own labels in whatever software you use, in printing off, it doesn't copies, trying to get them just dry. So the first thing that I do is I open up Microsoft Word 2007; go to the start button up there; open a new document and then you'll see there along the side that there is an option. Scroll down all the way for labels; we're going to choose mailing labels up there in business and you'll see a whole series of different sizes of labels. There is an averring print numbers so that you can go down to the store, whether you go to Office Max, Walmart, Office Depot and you can grab a series of labels like Avery Labels for example and they'll automatically print the right size for you and line up just perfectly. So, you can get it just right the first time. Now if you don't have Microsoft Word 2007, another option you can do is go ahead and open up Internet Explorer or whatever browser you use and what I'm going to do, we're going to cruise to avery.com and you'll see there along the top there's a templates menu option; scroll down a little ways and you can choose between all different kinds of programs. We're going to just use, choose Microsoft Word and there along the left side, you can select that the type of labels you want and then you can even, you can further go down and get it just exactly what you need. So there you have it. There are a bunch of different labels on avery.com; you could open those up and just download them and you're good to go. And it's about as simple as that, it's an easy process; whether you use Microsoft Word 2007 to built in Avery template feature or you can go to avery.com and they have a whole list, literally hundreds of different labels you can use. Just download them, edit them as you need to; most of them are database ready. So if you have your own customer database you can begin plugging in your customer information right away and you're ready to go.
