Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm here to talk to you about home remedies for healthy hair. Mayonnaise is a great conditioner. You just apply it all over your hair, especially to the dry spots, because mayonnaise has got egg and oil in it, it's basically what mayonnaise is made of, so you've got the protein in the eggs, and then you've got the moisturization of the oil. Then, you would take a dry towel, put it in the dryer, heat it up, wrap it around your hair, and that would help your hair to absorb that moisture. A little bit of a pain to wash out, but once you get it out, it works great. Olive oil, another great thing to put in your hair, right before you get into a pool. You would just wet your hair, and then apply the olive oil to each strand, just kind of section it off, and apply the olive oil. It's going to be a great way for that, to prevent that chlorine from getting into that hair. Apple cider vinegar, about a quarter cup of that, and a gallon of distilled water, is a great way to clarify that hair, and get a lot of the buildup. It's also really healthy for the scalp, makes the hair really shiny, and just does a great job of clarifying that hair. Be careful with that one though, because it can pull out your natural color, if you use any type of hair color, and hahoba oil, tea tree, any oils will be great on your scalp, so you would just section off your hair, and just apply it to the scalp. Again, a warm towel, and those are some great tips and techniques, for some healthy remedies for your hair.
