Video Transcript

"Hello. My name is Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Sex Therapist, here in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about French kissing methods. The first thing to keep in mind for French kissing is hygiene. Brush your teeth. Not too harshly, because we don't want to break the skin and have bleeding. That can become a safety issue. But, use some mouthwash. Don't chew gum, because gum will have you salivate, and really doesn't do anything for your breath. So, get your mouth nice and clean, start out slow. Don't dive right in with the tongue. But, start slow, mouth closed. Gently open your mouth, and start exploring. Be aware of what your partner is doing. If you're really thinking about your own performance, then it's not going to be as good, for either one of you. Take your cues from your partner. Follow their lead, and ounce again, this is Dr. Carol Clark, in Miami Florida."
