Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Doctor Carol Clark. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and sex therapist here in Miami Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about ways to increase sperm count. And you're not going to like this one, but masturbate less often. You need to build up the sperm in the testicles, and that means let them rest periodically. So don't masturbate so much, don't heat them up. Stay out of hot pools, wear loose underwear, take your vitamins, and exercise. You can take some herbal supplements such as ginko baloba, ginseng, and some of the other ones are L-Arginine and some of the others ones you see advertised. They are not going to hurt you and they may help. You also want to have sex in the morning or the afternoon. That way your sperm is at it's most potent. You want to avoid smoking and alcohol and other drug use. And finally massage, that's always nice. Get a good massage, get your body relaxed, gets it working optimally. Once again, this is Doctor Carl Clark in Miami Florida."
