Hi I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about what is Retinol? Retinol is a form of Vitamin A that comes from your animal foods and it is actually considered to be the best absorbed form of Vitamin A and so it actually comes from foods such as your organic eggs like this, your organic butter, it is rich in Retinol, liver from animals and things like yogurt and dairy foods so these are all rich in Vitamin A and Retinol and what it does for your body is it helps with vision, helps with immune function, it helps with healthy bones, healthy teeth and maintaining the integrity of that tissue in your body and I recommend getting some source of these foods that we have talked about several times a week at least so getting some organic eggs several times a week cooked in some organic butter and occasionally some liver to help make sure you are getting all the other great nutrients including Retinol. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida.
