In this clip we are talking about what is Phenylalanine and Phenylalanine is actually an amino acid and it is found in all of your protein, your complete protein sources. Complete proteins are things like animal food including chicken, fish, any kind of poultry, any kind of beef, eggs and dairy products as well. One thing that I recommend including is a whey protein powder because it is a complete protein and I actually recommend getting a complete protein two or three times throughout the day in a good ample serving size so think about starting your day with some scrambled eggs, some scrambled organic eggs with some vegetables. Think about at lunch including things like chicken or fish on top of a salad with nuts and olive oil. Think about for dinner having a piece of meat and several vegetables cooked in healthy fats as well and considering adding in a protein shake some time during the day. This is Whey Cool.
