Hi I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about what fruits and vegetables can lower your blood pressure and just a quick answer, all of them. All of our fruits and vegetables are wonderful for reducing blood pressure and you know the main mechanism that they are going to do that through is by contributing more minerals to your body. Minerals are what help to relax your vessels, relax your heart in a good way so that everything is not constricted and your blood pressure is not so high. One sort of vegetable, sort of fat that is very very helpful for blood pressure in particular is your avocado and obviously this grows in the ground or actually from trees and we can pick them and these are, we can pick them here in Miami where I live and these are excellent for reducing your bad cholesterol, for reducing your blood pressure, giving you lots and lots of minerals just to contribute to overall wonderful wonderful health.
