Hi I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip I'm going to share some information about vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are a large class of nutrients that includes everything from your B vitamins to vitamin C to vitamin A and D, to magnesium and calcium and zinc and all the other micro-nutrients out there. And basically the best way to ensure that you're going to get your vitamins and minerals is to eat a diet rich, rich, rich, rich in vegetables and fruits and nuts and seeds. This is where the majority of your vitamins and minerals are going to come from. I also advocate and personally do drink daily drinks such as this organic reds drink which has things like cranberries and raspberries and blueberries and all the different kinds of berries out there and other red foods like beets. And then also a greens drink which has things like watercress and broccoli and spinach and other green foods. These things add lots of vitamins and minerals. There's other options too. The bottom line is just to make sure that everything that you consume is rich in vitamins and minerals. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida.
