"Hello, my name is Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, board certified dermatologist, and author of "Six Weeks to Sensational Skin." This clip is about what you can do in your diet to clear acne, and basically, we do need you to know that there's no specific one food that will help you to clear acne, but eating a healthy diet that includes eight glasses of water a day so that you keep your skin well hydrated, and having a lot of fruits and vegetables which are really loaded with very important anti-oxidants; these two things are going to help your acne and your skin, in general, stay much healthier. So, we find that people who are stressed out and aren't eating a diet that's loaded with fruits, vegetables, anti-oxidants, and good hydration tend to have a little more acne, and honestly, are oftentimes a little more stressed out, and we know that stress does really lead to acne. If you're an acne sufferer think about eating healthy. This is Dr. Loretta Ciraldo."
