Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about the best way to speed up your metabolism and there are so many ways that you can do it. One of the top things that comes to mind of course is exercise so building lean body mass speeds up your metabolism. Also drinking more water speeds up your metabolism and allows everything to be transported quicker in your bloodstream and all the circulation that goes on in your system. Other things that I recommend and that I offer my clients to help speed up their metabolism are nutrients so supplements. So a couple things that I recommend and carry are Vitalzym X here or Vitamzym and this is an enzyme that helps to increase your metabolism and increase the rate at which everything is occurring in your body as well as B Supreme or B Complex.
