Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about healthy foods on the go and I have some great great suggestions that I personally love and include into my life as well as many many of my clients love these snacks on the go. The first thing I have is a protein bar and this is called an Ultra Lean Gluco Support Bar. It actually helps balance your blood sugars so it has got some protein, some carbohydrates and some fat and it is absolutely delicious. This one is a peanut butter crunch bar. I have many many kinds of other bars too including spice and mints and all different flavors so you can kind of a variety and change it up from day to day depending on how you are feeling and what you are in the mood for. Another thing that I personally use are these protein powders. You can't see that but this is actually a protein powder, vanilla. You can take it with you. It comes in chocolate and strawberry as well and you can take it with you, add it to water, shake it up really well and you've got a wonderful protein drink or protein bar right with you wherever you are. These are pharmaceutical grade supplements but you can't get them from over-the-counter but you can get them from a licensed healthcare practitioner like myself and I would be happy to work with you further.
