Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about healthy and rich Vitamin E foods. And actually, the only foods that I'm aware of that are really enrich with Vitamin E would be breakfast cereals or at least that's the main one. Some of the rice products on the market are also enriched. I personally as a Licensed Nutritionist don't believe in enrich foods. I believe in getting your vitamins from the sources that they actually come from. So this, this brown rice pasta is actually very, very healthy pasta. It's not enrich with Vitamin E but the way that you can enrich with Vitamin E is to add some grape seed or some olive oil to it and sautee it up with some vegetables and perhaps some fish or some chicken or meat and turn it into a healthy Vitamin E rich meal for yourself.
