"Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson, and I'm with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about the health benefits of B vitamins. And so, B vitamins are used all throughout the body, everything from metabolism of your glucose. So actually improving your metabolism, to your brain function, and your Nero transmitter production. So actually improving the way that you think, and your memory, and all other functions related to the brain that Nero transmitters are involved in. So I have a B complex vitamin here. And this is a wonderful thing to add, once or twice a day, throughout the day, in separate doses, to help just support your stress levels, support your brain function, and support your energy. Other foods that you can find your B vitamins in, are any of your animal meats. So, fish, chicken, beef, lamb, anything like that. As well as your green leafy vegetables, and your nuts. So, imagine a salad with some grilled chicken, and some toasted pine nuts, and you've got yourself a B vitamin, rich meal. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida."
