Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about the health benefits of oranges. And it's a perfectly appropriate topic for me because I was born and raised and currently reside in Florida, home of oranges and these are a wonderful food for lots of different things. First of all just looking at the nutrient composition, basically it's comprised of water in your orange as well as some fiber and some sugar, some healthy fructose sugar and some vitamins and minerals. So when you break it down you're getting a nice array of different nutrients and you're getting some fiber for eating the skins and you're not peeling the orange pieces. So I definitely recommend eating the whole orange rather than a glass of orange juice. Speaking of orange juice, I talk to a lot of clients who believe that orange juice is very, very healthy and really that's a bit high in sugar and so I always recommend just cutting up one whole orange or drinking juice from one orange which is about a half of cup.
