Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about foods for healthy kidneys. And actually this is a topic that comes up quite a lot because our kidneys are so instrumental in detoxifying our bodies and sometimes we get into habits where we're putting more toxins in then we should. But believe it or not, there's some simple things that you can do to fortify your kidneys and make sure that you keep your kidneys healthy and strong. Believe it or not, kidney beans which sounds too obvious to be true, but kidney beans are actually very good for your kidneys. And it actually brings up a larger topic about foods resembling, foods and herbs in nature resembling what they're good for in the body, which I think is very interesting. So you can make yourself a nice chili using some fresh onions, some fresh peppers, some garlic, fresh garlic, kidney beans, tomatoes, some ground beef or turkey organic ideally and having yourself a nice kidney recipe.
