Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about what is the best post workout protein supplement and this is an easy one for me because I have a personal favorite and basically it is a whey protein powder and so when you look for a good whey protein powder you want to make sure that it doesn't have added sugar, that it definitely doesn't have added artificial sugars and that it doesn't have anything that makes it adulterated so this is one that I use, this is called Whey Cool and basically this is organic whey protein powder meaning that the cows that produce this whey protein feed on pesticide free grass and they are free of hormones and antibiotics and so this is what I use and basically I blend it up in different ways and sometimes with some frozen fruit and half a banana and that together would be the ultimate workout protein supplement.
