Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami, Beach Florida. In this clip we are talking about what are the benefits and side effects of fish oil. So I have with me a fish oil that I personally use here and the benefits of fish oil are enumerable. They are good for, first of all they are rich in Omega Three fatty acids and that is the main essential fatty acid that we don't get enough of in our diet and so when we start thinking fish oil a lot of people notice some dramatic effects positive effects having to do with their energy levels, having to do with their brain health because the Omega Three is actually going to the brain cells and they help communicate messages to each other. People feel it takes several weeks and sometimes several months but people feel an increase in their mood and in their energy, in their skin health, in their hormonal health all different aspects of our health, inflammatory health.
