Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami, Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about B Complex and where can you find it. So let's start by understanding a little bit more about what B Complex is. That's basically a complex or an array of all the different B Vitamins. B6, B12, these are just some of the really important ones. B5 Panthothenic acid, they help with everything from brain function to all different areas of our health, energy, metabolism almost every chemical reaction in our body involves the B complexes. This is an example of a B complex vitamin that I recommend and I personally use and it is just high levels of all the different B's. Of course they work together so you need to adjust them together. This is just another food that I had in my cabinet. This is just another food I had in my cabinet, this is bee pollen that can be added to smoothies and salads and things like that. Other foods that are very very rich in B complex are your animal tissue like your meats and your green leafy vegetables. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida.
