"Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about flaxseed oil and flaxseed oil is one of those foods that we all kind of hear a lot about recently and it is because it has Omega Three fatty acids. Omega Three fatty acids are used for so many different functions in the body, everything from our hormone health to our skin health to our inflammation to our brain health and so getting Omega Three's are very very important. Flaxseed Oil is one of the sources of Omega Three and that is why we recommend it. It is not my first choice for an Omega Three supplement simply because it is a fido estrogen so it can effect hormone levels in the body. I choose fish oil. This is actually a fish oil supplement which also is very very rich in Omega Three's and completely safe as long as it is mercury free which this form is. But you can also douse your salads with flaxseed oil and have a little bit of fun with that too. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution."
