"Hi, I'm Dr. Carol Clark, I'm a sex therapist and licensed mental health counselor here in Miami, Florida. in this clip we're going to talk about natural birth control methods. Natural birth control methods are those that don't use chemicals and don't use any kind of props like condoms or diaphragms. Natural birth control methods are the only types of birth control accepted by many religions such as the Catholic church. Natural birth control methods of course include abstinence which is no sex at all but it also includes the calendar rhythm control method which uses the natural rhythms of the body, a woman keeping track of her monthly cycles through the calender to monitor when she's most likely to be fertile and abstaining from sex during that time. It also used the basil body temperature which means taking the temperature everyday over a period of two to three months to find out again when the woman is most fertile and when she's least fertile. And also the cervical mucous in measuring the thickness. Once again this is Dr. Carol Clark in Miami, Florida."
