Why would you want to do that? Well if your libido or sex drive is interfering with your activities of daily living and preoccupying you to a point where your life is feeling out of control, then you may want to reduce your libido. And there's a couple of ways to do this. One is through the use of medications such as anti-depressant medications which reduce libido. Others are through the use of hormone treatments like depo provera which is sometimes called chemical castration, it may be a bit severe. And then there's behavioral interventions and by seeing someone, a sex therapist who is trained in sexual compulsivity, you can learn all the behavioral interventions that will help you regain a sense of control over your life and your libido.
