"Hi. I'm Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a sex therapist and licensed mental health counselor here in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about foods that boost fertility. Now of course, foods that boost fertility are going to be foods that are good for us anyway. So any foods containing vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C are all good for fertility. So those would be fruits and vegetables that have a lot of color. The healthier a food is, the more colorful it is. For instance, orange for carrots, orange for oranges, red for pomegranates and papayas. Leafy green vegetables; the deeper the green, the healthier they are. And all these foods boost fertility. It's important to note it's not just about women. For men as well, vitamin C, zinc, and selenium are all vitamins that are very healthy for a man and will boost his sperm count. And so taking extra vitamins will help his fertility, as well. This is Dr. Carol Clark from Miami, Florida."
