Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Ashleigh Gass, Strength and Conditioning Specialist at brilliantathlete.com. A dive bomber push up is a little more advanced than any normal push ups. So make sure that you've got a good training background before you do this. Also make sure that you stretch out your chest and shoulders before starting this exercise. So this is what a dive bomber push up looks like. I go down and up and back down and up. Down, up, back down and up. If you do enough of those, pretty soon what happens is it turns into a bit of an aerobic exercise which means, you're going to get your breath going; you're going to get your heart rate going as well. So that's a dive bomber push up. Again, before you do that, make sure that you can do regular push ups just fine and make sure you stretch out your chest and your shoulder muscles. I'm Ashleigh Gass with brilliantathlete.com."
