"Hi this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about how to keep your dog from running away. You know, the first course of action would be a fence. If you don't have a fence, you know a nice tall wooden stockade fence, something that they can't jump over and on a four foot chain link or something like that but preferably something nice and high. Also we have a crate, another good way to control their environment. As well as a crate we have an outdoor kennel, you know this is a great way that they can still get some exercise, still move around and be outside and enjoy the yard without having access to the street. Another thing that you might want to do is have a double gate. You have one gate and another 10 or 20 feet there is another gate. So if they get through the one gate you have a second course of action there and again training. Training is huge and important so get your dogs trained. This is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training."
