"This is financial adviser Patrick Munro, talking about how to choose the best stock. The best stock is chosen, when you know your financial goals, and your risk tolerance level. Then, you take a basket of stocks, that do basically match that general criteria, and then you really sit down, and research those various stocks, for the best one that would suit you. That is the best way to choose the best stock, and it's all about the technology that you use, to do your research, but more importantly, if you push it back even further, it's about knowing your time horizon, and what you wish to do, with the rates of return that you do achieve on your investment, going forward, and the best way to choose stock is just that, you have to look at the type of stock and the market you're in. You have to analyze news and emerging trends, and see that you're picking stocks that are on the leading edge of those trends. Many times you have to be emotionally secure, that bad news can come along, and you have to discount that. There are many ways to choose the best stock, and we've been talking about just a few of them. I'm financial adviser Patrick Munro."
