"This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about, where is the best place to invest new money. New money coming into your life, depends on your station in life and how young you are as to where you want to place that money so it'll go to work for you. The most successful investors always have an emergency fund built up as a bedrock for their financial future. Then they look at risk going forward and they start off with safe investments on the bottom of their pyramid, and as things grow to a higher level and a higher level in the pyramid, there is higher risk going forward, but higher return as well, if you're right. If the stock market is strong and in a bullish mode, the best place for new money is in stock market. If the real estate market is on fire and people are flipping houses and making a lot of money, the best place for new money is real estate. So you have to constantly have your ear to the ground as an investor and know where's the best place to place your dollars are to become more successful. This is Patrick Munro talking about the best place to place new money."
