Bill paying should become a habit and you need to set aside time to do just that and the best thing to do is set aside a specific day of the month or week if the case maybe and have your work space quite and no interruptions. Make sure that all your bills are together. Have a system that the bills are filed in a chronological order so that you're not looking around for bills various things of that nature. These chronological systems are available at office supply stores and you can also use a computer software program to make sure that your bills are paid in a timely fashion. Simplifying the bill paying processes all about organization and it's also about commitment to make sure you have the right amount of time set aside and once you pay yourself first which is very, very key, you'll have money left over for emergency fund or for investable assets as well.
