"In this segment, I'm going to show you how to become a boxer. First of all you have to have the want and the desire to hurt people. This is the number one thing. Two, you have much... a lot of discipline, a lot of sacrifices, okay? And becoming a boxer means getting up in the morning and running at five in the 5:30, 5 in the morning, doing your road work. Okay, then you're going to hit the gym and you got your heavy bag work, your double air bag work, your shadow boxing your ring craft, your mitts, your speed bag, your floor work, your stomach. So as you can see becoming a boxer isn't as easy or what it's wrapped up to be. It's hard hard work, but if you put in the time and make the sacrifices, then you'll achieve your goal."
