"Hi my name is Stetson Lowe and in this clip we're going to talk about how to sell your home without a realtor. One of the fastest ways and sometimes easiest to sell your home without an agent involved is to sell it to an investor. Investors often times are scouring newspaper ads, local directories, for sale by owner directors and driving around neighborhoods looking for the greatest deals. You need to be prepared though to take 60 to 65% of market value if you want to make for a fast cash closing. But that is one fast way to sell your home without a realtor. Another way would be to use an auction. Auction your house off through an auction service. Another way would be to use a raffle system. This way is pretty creative. A lot of times when this has happened they involve a charity and let's say for instance your home is paid free and clear and you wanted to net $100,000. You would need to sell 1,000 tickets at $125 a ticket for you to net $100,000 and then you can still give the charity who participated with you in advertising and marketing a $25,000 cash donation after the close of the sale. Owner financing is another great way to sell your home without a realtor. Just advertising through websites, on line and through newspapers that you're willing to finance the home as an owner financing for people with less than perfect credit. That will help you to sell it quickly. You can also list your home on multiple free on line websites that don't require you to be a real estate agent to list it out there. It takes some time but it is well worth the time on line to list your home and save yourself the commission."
