How to Make Movies on a Computer

"If you want to make movies on your computer and in this day and age, it's possible, you can make anything on your computer. It's amazing technology has come so far. If you want to make a movie on your computer, a couple things you have to do: you have to be able to get the video footage into your computer, via a FireWire or some type of port, capture port. Number two you'll need to know how to use editing software. There are a number of different types of editing software out there that are consumer level and also professional level. Some that are attainable for most people would be maybe, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premier, there are all sorts of them out there you just have to find out which one is going to work for you, depending on what your budget happens to be. There are some lower end software out there that can do the basic type of editing that you're looking for. So, to be able to go through the process and make the movie on your computer, you have to be able to get it in your computer and you have to know how to use editing software. Not only that you're going to also want to know how to cut the video, you're going to want to know where to cut the video. So, it's going to take a lot of trial and error, but as long as you can get the video into your computer and learn how to use an editing software, you too, will be able to make movies right on your own home computer."
