"Hi, this is Matt McKillen with Innovative Financial Group. I had an interesting question posed to me today about different types of loans that might be available for single mothers. Well, first off, I wanted to explain that the federal government controls discrimination by all lenders and banks. And banks cannot discriminate based on age or sex or creed or nationality or origin so the types of programs that are available are the same for everybody. It's not that it's any more difficult for a single mother to apply for a loan or get a loan as long as she still meets their credit requirements, as long as she can prove the ability to repay the loan back, then they are subject... single mothers are subject to the same type of financing terms as married couples or single fathers or even single people in general. So, either way, it's the same programs out there. There's no discrimination allowed due to someone's marital status or if they have children and everyone is treated fairly. My name is Matt McKillen. I'm with Innovative Financial Group."
