"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas with mywigglesandgiggles.com and I'll like to share with you a little bit about a daycare center code of conduct. So, if you have already established or looking into opening up your daycare there are definitely a few things that you can go by, first and far most if you've done it the right way and have you know registered with your state, they will give you a pretty nice sides book with your minimum standard rules. This is for registered and licensed child care homes and they will also find one for a center so definitely look into that but some of the things you want to establish are just your teacher to parent relationships also your relationships between you and your employees. It's very important that upfront you establish all your expectations your philosophy and definitely just kind of what it is that you are putting out to you know as a service for your employees, your families and the community itself. So, definitely look into your minimum standards for whether it's a home or a license center and check with your state your representative and get with your employees even to kind of just you know see what you know to get more like a family feel in your childcare center."
