"Greetings. I thought we'd take a second and talk about flavored clear spirits. From the original flavored clear spirit, which we call gin, to the more adventurous flavors, beginning with citrus moving its way through pear, wild apple, raspberry, and then into the unusual flavors like bison grass as well as coffee. Coffee-infused vodkas have become very popular in recent years. Some are being made from regular coffee beans, some are being made from espresso beans. Coffee-based liquors are not exactly new. The most popular and most well-known is the Mexican drink Kahlua, which is a wonderful coffee drink, as well as the new Patron coffee tequila, which is absolutely fabulous as well. Since the summer of 2006, there's been a tremendous rise in the popularity and availability of coffee bean-infused vodkas."
