Hello. My name is Virgina Kelly, and I'm here at Encore Gymnastics. And I'm going to give you some tips on how to lower your body fat. It's important when you are wanting to lower your body fat, that you take into consideration the amount of activity that you're putting out, as well as the amount of calories that you're putting in. And you want to make sure that you raise the amount of energy that you're putting out, and lower the calories that you're taking in. So, take that into consideration when you're picking out what foods you're going to eat. Pick out some either lower calorie foods, or you can take smaller portions of what you normally eat. And, then you want to think about the type of activity that you're putting out. You want to make sure that you have a cardio activity that you enjoy doing, and make sure you're doing that about half an hour a day, is a good amount of time. It's very effective for your body. Start out with something small if you're not used to doing cardio activities, like walking, or just jogging. If you like a, more activity, if you would like stronger cardio, you can do things like jogging, swimming, find a sport that you're interested in. So, make sure you want to balance those two. Once you find out an activity that you like, lower those calories and up that output, then you will start to really burn some fat.
