"Hi I'm Donna Barnes. I'm a Life and Relationship Coach and the owner of NY Dating Coach in New York City. In this clip we'll talk about winning your ex back. Now I have to caution you before you try to do this, make sure that you really want this person back. You know somebody somewhere said it's called a break up because it is broken but there's the key in getting them back. If there was some issue or some problem that was causing the breakup and that is causing you not to get along and you can fix that and remedy that and show your partner that that has changed then that's the best shot you have for going back. If it is going to go back to being exactly what it was before why do you want it back anyway it didn't work so maybe you thought it worked but he didn't or she didn't and you need to accept what it is that they were feeling. If you can talk to them and find out exactly what didn't work then you have a better place to go from. But you need to change something if it's going to work so find out what it was that wasn't working, maybe you need to do a little bit of healing so take a look at yourself, heal some things that need to be changed and then present a happy package back to the person, don't go whining after them, don't stalk them, don't chase them, it's not going to get them back. Be strong and empowered and go on with your life and make positive changes, that's what's going to be appealing. This is Donna Barnes from New York City."
