One of your relatives who worked with asbestos 30 or 40 years ago has recently been diagnosed with a cancer who's name is hard to pronounce, mesothelioma and you are wondering what to do. Hello, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to talk about the aspects of mesothelioma. First of all, it involves a cancer that develops from exposure to asbestos. It can be from as little as one to two months of exposure. A person doesn't necessarily have had to have worked with asbestos to contract this disease. Sometimes living in and around it can cause the disease. The difficult aspect of this disease process is that it sometimes takes 30 to 40 years to manifest itself or show itself. There are lawyers around the country that specialize in the pursuit of claims for the contracting of mesothelioma and these are the individuals that should be contacted if you think you have a claim. Don't hesitate when you've been diagnosed with it to contact one of these law firms because there are statutes of limitations involved and by hesitating or waiting, the statute of limitations may run on your particular claim. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching.
