"Hi, I'm Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a sex therapist and licensed mental counselor here in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about how to take control of your fertility. And this can mean either taking control of how fertile you are in wanting to get pregnant or it can mean preventing pregnancy. The important thing is for each person to take the responsibility for their own fertility or lack of. That means it's not the responsibility or the other. It's not just the woman's responsibility. It's not just the man's. It's both. So everyone needs to be fully informed about the various methods of birth control, whether it's the barrier method, hormonal method, or some other type. And if you're trying to get pregnant, then both people need to be involved in that as well. There's various foods you can eat. There's things you can do with tracking on the calendar to monitor your basil body temperature and the mucus thickness each month so we have different things that you can do. It's up to each person to do it themselves. Once again this is Dr. Carol Clark from Miami, Florida."
