I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. Lately I've had a lot of people asking me how if you can terminate a cellphone contract without incurring the early termination fee. The average early termination fee right now on any carrier is about 200 dollars. If you sign a 2 year contract, it's in your contract when you initially sign it that you will agree to pay that termination fee if you shut off the service or move to another carrier. So there's really no way around paying that termination fee. You can either wait the full two years and then switch companies or just terminate the service or you can pay the early termination fee and then switch companies. But there's really no way around paying that termination fee. I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California, you can log on to our website myspace.com/cellphonebroker.
