"How to run fast on a basketball court. Okay. What you want to make sure you're doing is, know the basketball court. Know the angles, know the size of the basketball court, and practice on the basketball court. You're kind of falling along the lines of specificity, so you're going to train for the sport that you want to be good at. So, you want to make sure you're not training in rain or snow, because when you play basketball, you're never going to be playing in rain or snow when you're competing. So, some of the drills that you can do, again, is the T-drill. And, you can do this in so many variations. You're going to get yourself on the baseline of the court. And then you're going to put two cones, one on this elbow, one on the opposing elbow. And, you're going to start off in a sprint. Again, you can do here, you can back pedal, sprint back, change your direction, back pedal back. Now, with the T-drill, once you have the basic T, there's so many variations of speed or different directional changes or drills that you can do within that. So it's just up to you and up to your preference. And again, you want to practice on the court, because if you're not practicing on the court, you're not doing what's conducive to your playing."
