How to pass the basketball. There is a four most common types of passes, there is a regular chest pass two hands, there is a baseball pass using one hand, there is the overhead pass using two hands, and then there is also a bounce pass, and there is so many different variations of how you can do it. What I am going to show you is the fundamental way to do each pass. First is the chest pass, what you are going to do is use your two hands, step into the pass, and pass it to the chest of your player or your teammate. What you are going to do next is the bounce pass, again using two hands step into the pass, bounce it to your teammate. The next one is the overhead pass again you are stepping into this pass as well. And the last one that is commonly but not commonly used is the baseball pass. It is a little bit harder to control, so what you want to do is kind of simulate or emulate a baseball player again stepping into the pass using your leading arm towards the target pointing it towards the target. And releasing the ball. Nice. And those are your four basic passes, again you want to practice practice practice because it makes perfect.
