"Hi, I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California and today I'm going to show you how to improve your cell phone reception in five easy steps. The first one is turn your phone on and off. So turn it off if it's already on. Then, turn it back on and if you're still having problems then the next thing you need to do is contact your wireless carrier and have them do a network update. A lot of times is you're using, you know, certain companies, they need to do a network software update on your phone, and then after that's done it will usually improve your reception and a lot of your text messages to get pushed through on time. The third thing you need to do is stay away from large metal and concrete structures. Cell phone reception or cell phone signals tend to get stuck in there and they don't come out, so you know, concrete isn't like wood or something like that where wireless signals can just go through. It's a little bit different. The fourth thing you need to do is stay away from isolated areas like farms and stuff like that. If you go somewhere like that, you're probably not going to get cell phone reception and you don't... you shouldn't call customer care for your wireless carrier and have them try to do something about it. You're just going in the wrong place. The fifth thing that you need to do is don't go under ground. If you go under ground, you're signals not going to be able to get out up into the open. If you're in the subways or something in San Francisco or New York, your signal... you probably won't get signal on your cell phone. So those are the five steps to improve cell phone reception. I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. If you have any questions you can log on to our website myspace.com/cellphonebroker."
