You have to be able to listen to the clients, understand their needs, understand their problems and then practically look for solutions for them. You need interpersonal skills. You have to be able to relate to people to understand that. These are all very important skills and above all I would strongly suggest that you need to be hard working. Every day you need to come to work with focus strongly for your clients to help them with their needs and to take good care of them. This is a business with unlimited potential to truly create a wonderful career.
