Right now I'm going to talk to you about how diet affects blood pressure, and really I'm not sure that diet does affect blood pressure. Diet affects us, affects you as a human being, which then affects blood pressure and I really hope that makes sense and isn't an unnecessary subtlety, but the bottom line is that there is no diet out there for blood pressure. There's just a diet out there for you, that will allow you to have healthy blood pressure. So, these foods to eat for healthy blood pressure would be the foods that we evolved on. It's just kind of fine tuning what foods out in mother nature does your body like best? What do you run well on? It's going to be very different for everybody. If you can find that magic combination, you won't have to worry about blood pressure, you won't have to worry about chronic disease processes because you'll be listening to and honoring what your body is asking you to eat and you'll be choosing from the foods that you evolved on.
