Hi, if you have some scars that for some reason have been reluctant to heal, and are looking for a natural way of doing so to help them heal, I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today we're going to learn how to use honey to heal scars. It's very easy. All you need is a little bit of honey that you would put on a band-aid and a pad. And here for demonstration purposes we're going to use this size. And you want to put just a little bit of honey on the padded part of your band-aid, and then not too thick, not too thin either, just a little bit that you put right in the middle, and then you apply it, lets say I have a scar on my hand, you would apply it directly to it. The best thing to do is probably doing it at night. The reason being is that, night, this is when the body heals itself, the good cells replenish themselves, and it will accelerate the healing process, it will be efficient if you do it during the day, but more efficient if you do it at night. And just as a little history here, if you are interested, some archaeologist actually have found proof that 5000 years ago in Egypt that was a way that they used to heal their scars, is to use honey, so it's an old fashion recipe but it works, try it at home. I'm Isabelle Simon your personal and workplace wellness consultant. See you soon, take care.
